Kristina Aimone, M.S., OTR/L
I have been great friends with Vicki for many years and I was so excited to have the opportunity to work alongside her in a fun, laid-back setting, doing what we both love and do best!
I enjoy and am comfortable working with all patients, regardless of their diagnosis, but my specialty is working with kids aged 0 through 8 years with sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, Down Syndrome and cerebral palsy. I am certified in neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT), and have extensive experience and training in sensory integration, including certification in the Wilbarger Protocol for children with sensory defensiveness. I treat from my heart and focus on relationship-based, family- and child-centered treatment working towards what is most important for you and your child.
I am a mother of two very busy kids! If I am not working, you can find me at my son’s soccer or baseball games or with my daughter with special needs in her therapy sessions. I am a die-hard Chicago Bears and Cubs fan who loves watching sports, fashion and reality television.
